BANQUET POLICIES

  
Regulations
We require a total guest number to be confirmed no less
than
5 days before any event. The minimum number of guests stated at this time will be the minimum price charged per head, if actual attendance is greater than this number then that

will be the number charged.

Billing
A Final bill will be presented to you at the end of your function and payment in full will be required.
 

 

Deposits
All room reservations must be accompanied with a deposit. We require $200 deposit for all night time and weekend functions and a $100 deposit for all lunch functions Monday to Friday. Should you cancel your function your deposit will be unredeemable.

 

Charges
Most menus may be served either buffet style or as a full service sit down.

For the sit down options a $2 charge per person will apply.
All night time and weekend functions are subject to a $100 room charge.
All Monday to Friday lunch functions are subjected to a $75 room charge.
All functions held in the Playwright are subjected to a 6% state tax and 18% gratuity fee.
